BEG101: Beginning Quilting Part 1
This beginning quilting class will give you the basics on quilting and walk you through piecing a baby sized quilt.
There are two parts to this class: BEG101 and BEG102. PLEASE attend BEG101 before attending BEG102.
Supplies only need to be purchased once, as you will continue the same project in BEG102.

- One Jelly Roll
- 3 to 5 quarter yard cuts of coordinating fabric
- 1/2 yard of fabric for border
- sewing machine: PLEASE clean your machine before class and put in a new needle (size 10 is perfect). Make sure that your machine is in good running condition. A quarter inch foot is extremely helpful!
- rotary cutter (45")
- 6.5" square ruler
- scissors
- pins
- good quality cotton thread
- seam ripper
- wound bobbin
- CHOCOLATE (optional)
